    - Rate for the room, meal and package are subject to 6% SST (NOT INCLUSIVE).

    - Room and package rate not include tourism tax (RM 10/night).

    - Hotel Rate DOES NOT include marine park conservation fees

       (Non Malaysian RM 30/adult & RM15/Child).

      - Child rate applicable for child age 3 to 11 years old.

      - The above rates are applicable to both FIT/GIT travelers.

    -  The check in time is 02:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am.

    -  Due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operational conditions, the chalet reserves the right

        to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours without compensation.

      
 CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

   - There would be no refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any tours,

      transfer, accommodation, meals or any other services provided not utilized.
